The long drive just gets longer.

So I am driving to St. Louise, Missouri for Thanksgiving and the trip just seems to get longer and longer. It’s a drive I make every year, only I am not going this year. I could not get away from work last minute kind of work emergency.

Maybe I am just feeling guilty that I won’t be there.

In the dream a trip that only takes two days ends up taking forever. There are several road closures, detours, toxic spills and various other items and urgent emergencies. All the things that sounds more urgent than my excuse of work can’t do without me for five days.

So dose this just ring of guilt or what?
